I just can't find the motivation anymore. A1c slowly creeping up due to lack of exercise, no food portioning, and snacking bad stuff. Weight increased by 20 lbs this past 2011. Currently 180 lbs @ 5-10". Feeling like crap. Need to bring it back down to 170lbs at… (original story)

Love this stuff... just learned about it. It is the same material as the stuff that holds down the pods... it can be used horizontally to hold down a pod or cut in small pieces to hold down an edge that is coming off... how ever you need it.. it sticks great to the pod adheisive stuff...and really ... Even though I only had my A1c done a month ago I had it done again today because I had some other bloodwork done as well, so my doctor just put it down.
